Responsibilities:
1. Develop compound synthesis processes according to specifications;
2. Responsible for the optimization and validation of small-scale and pilot-scale synthesis processes;
3. Participate in process change research and develop preparation processes for reference standards required for process changes;
4. Regularly report work plans and interim results to the project leader or department head;
5. Accurately record experimental raw data to ensure data integrity.
Job Requirements:
1. Full-time undergraduate degree or above, in Pharmacy, Organic Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, or related organic synthesis major;
2. Priority given to those with 3+ years of relevant work experience and experience in the production of pharmaceutical raw materials;
3. Proficient in various laboratory operation skills, strong hands-on ability;
4. High sense of responsibility and perseverance, good teamwork spirit.
