1. Responsible for the daily management and production operations of the API intermediate workshop, ensuring the smooth progress of the production process and the normal delivery of production tasks;
2. Responsible for completing process safety assessments before production, formulating work procedures and management systems related to workshop production management, and ensuring the quality and compliance of the production process;
3. Develop and improve annual/monthly work plans and procurement requirements within the scope of responsibility;
4. Coordinate and formulate implementation plans according to the company's EHS and quality requirements, ensuring effective execution of EHS and quality management requirements in the workshop;
5. Handle production abnormalities, process abnormalities, and equipment abnormalities within the scope of authority and responsibility;
6. Statistic and analyze workshop production cost data, propose effective solutions for cost reduction and efficiency improvement, and organize their implementation;
7. Complete other related tasks arranged by the leadership;
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in chemistry, chemical engineering and technology, pharmacy, or related fields;
2. 5+ years of production management experience in API workshops, 3+ years of experience in the same position, with work background in the same industry preferred;
3. Proficient in knowledge related to chemical equipment, lean production, GMP, and EHS, familiar with fine chemical production or pharmaceutical production processes;
4. Proficient in using various office software, CAD, and other software;
5. Excellent abilities in plan management, communication, organizational coordination, and project operation.
