Job Responsibilities:
1. Implement production tasks assigned by superiors, coordinate with team members, and ensure the completion of the team's production tasks;
2. Organize team safety training, enhance team safety awareness, and supervise team members to strictly abide by the on-site process operations and strictly implement the on-site safety operating procedures;
3. Organize team GMP knowledge training, enhance team quality awareness, and supervise team members to strictly abide by and implement GMP management regulations;
4. Organize team safety emergency drills, daily inspections of safety and fire-fighting facilities, and hazard investigation work, and participate in the handling of special operation certificates;
5. In accordance with the relevant regulations of the company and the workshop, strictly implement energy-saving and consumption-reducing measures, save costs, and put forward reasonable suggestions;
6. Responsible for the implementation of on-site 5S management, ensuring that the site is clean and tidy, and avoiding any leakage, dripping, or running on the site;
7. Responsible for inspecting key operating equipment, promptly identifying problems, and promptly resolving or reporting them;
8. Organize pre-shift and post-shift meetings to summarize problems encountered during work and communicate them to other personnel;
9. Responsible for team building, including team culture, personnel ability training, etc., and responsible for daily attendance, performance, probationary period, and other assessment work of the team;
10. Complete temporary tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements:
1. Junior college or above, majoring in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields;
(Candidates with outstanding abilities may have their education requirements relaxed to high school.)
2. 3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical and chemical industry + GMP workshop + team management, mastering knowledge related to chemical equipment, lean production, GMP, and EHS;
3. Familiar with team management and on-site operations, familiar with the production processes and procedures of chemical drugs, and able to effectively control production progress and manufacturing costs;
4. Familiar with pharmaceutical equipment, with equipment maintenance awareness, and understanding of the long-term utilization of resources;
5. Strong management ability, sense of responsibility, communication and coordination ability, and team spirit, diligent and hardworking, able to adapt to shift work.
