Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the management of the company's market marketing system's strategic analysis, strategic positioning, operation mode, implementation planning, etc.;
2. Formulate market marketing strategies and marketing plans according to the company's strategy, and complete sales targets.
3. Responsible for the construction, personnel training and management of the raw material medicine sales team, and control the marketing cost budget and expenditure;
4. Accurately identify key decision-making chain figures of customers, and develop, establish, maintain, and improve daily relationships;
5. Responsible for monitoring, collecting, sorting and analyzing various customer information (product needs, project progress, project plans, etc.), and formulating sales strategies and action plans for target customers;
7. Establish a market information sharing mechanism and corresponding confidentiality measures within the company;
8. Responsible for business negotiations and contract signing, and responsible for the organization, coordination and management of the entire sales process.
Job Requirements:
1. Under 50 years old, bachelor degree or above, proficient in English; majoring in market marketing, chemical engineering, medicine or related fields;
2. More than 5 years of sales experience in raw materials and related industries, and more than 2 years of experience in the same position;
3. Possess a keen market sense, the ability to grasp market dynamics and direction, and have unique analytical and judgmental abilities on market information;
4. Familiar with the development process and skills of major customers, with the ability to independently operate the development of major customers, strong public relations, negotiation, and communication skills, and strong ability to analyze and solve problems.
5. Possess a strong sense of career, responsibility and pressure resistance; have strong communication and coordination abilities, team spirit and good execution ability.
6. Those with industry major customer resources and outstanding performance will be given priority.
