Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for equipment selection, supplier inspection, equipment acceptance, and installation and debugging guidance for engineering projects;
2. Responsible for drafting and revising equipment operation SOPs, validation and other related documents, and training equipment operators;
3. Formulate and complete the company's daily equipment maintenance and repair plans, and coordinate and arrange daily equipment repair work;
4. Responsible for the organization of equipment archives and special equipment management;
5. Other related tasks arranged by the leader;
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, in mechanical, mechatronics or other related majors;
2. 3+ years of experience in equipment selection, maintenance, and management in the chemical pharmaceutical industry, familiar with the basic structure of chemical pharmaceutical equipment, electromechanical control principles, and equipment management business processes;
3. Experience in leading/participating in equipment confirmation and validation is preferred, practical experience in technical transformation projects, and playing a leading role in the implementation process is preferred;
4. Understand equipment and auxiliary support systems (such as power, water, gas supply, etc.), capable of judging and evaluating equipment failures, and independently analyzing and solving problems;
5. Familiar with API GMP regulations, proficient in using basic office software, CAD drawing, etc.;
6. Good organizational skills and document writing ability, with good professional quality, teamwork spirit, and communication and coordination skills;
7. Possess strong learning ability, teamwork ability, efficient execution ability, integrity, and honesty.
