Job Responsibilities:
1. Participate in the "three simultaneous" review and completion acceptance of safety facilities for new, rebuilt, and expanded production construction projects and technological transformation projects; participate in the safety audit of new equipment selection, installation, and improvement;
2. Draft or revise safety, occupational health, and fire management regulations and technical operating procedures; participate in the review of relevant technical specifications, and supervise and inspect the implementation; assist in establishing safety standardization and EHS management systems such as ISO45001;
3. Participate in the company's major hazard source assessment, implement the construction of safety risk classification control and hidden danger investigation and governance double prevention, check the safety production status of various departments, put forward suggestions for rectifying accident hidden dangers and follow up on rectification;
4. Participate in the construction and operation management of fire protection and automatic control systems, and conduct safety checks on the review of hazardous (special) operations and safety technical plans;
5. Develop and implement training plans for safety, occupational health, and fire safety, and simultaneously maintain the establishment and updating of relevant archives;
6. Carry out emergency preparedness and accident management, and carry out occupational disease prevention and control and other related work;
7. Communicate and coordinate internal and external relations, and other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements:
1. Junior college or above, majoring in pharmaceutical, chemical, safety or related fields;
2. More than 3 years of safety work experience in the pharmaceutical and chemical industry (raw materials);
3. Possess a hazardous chemical safety manager certificate, special equipment safety management personnel qualification, and those holding a registered safety engineer (chemical) certificate are preferred;
4. Familiar with EHS-related legal and regulatory requirements, proficient in using various hazard identification methods, and familiar with the safety technical requirements of chemical production, hazardous chemical storage, explosion prevention, and electricity;
5. Strong communication and coordination abilities, strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities;
6. Excellent sense of responsibility, dedication, teamwork spirit, and pressure resistance.
