R&D Center, located in Chongqing, was established in September 2023, covering an area of approximately 1,000 m2 and equipped with full-cycle capabilities in independent research, development, and testing. With a complete team and advanced facilities, the center employs researchers all holding at least a bachelor’s degree, forming a highly skilled, experienced, and technically proficient scientific team dedicated to innovative pharmaceutical R&D.
The R&D team is led by Dr. Xiaoxun Li, R&D Director, who earned his Ph.D. from Auburn University in the U.S. With 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Dr. Li is a senior R&D management professional renowned for his global perspective and hands-on expertise. His career spans leading pharmaceutical companies in the U.S. and China. During this time, he has accumulated profound R&D management experience. Dr. Li specializes in small-molecule drug development and management. With over a decade of leadership experience, he has successfully spearheaded multiple R&D projects, securing 18 patents for his team and generating substantial economic value. Recognized as an industry leader, Dr. Li is widely respected for his contributions to pharmaceutical innovation.
Dingke Pharmaceuticals specializes in the process development, quality research, standard establishment, stability testing, drug registration, and consistency evaluation of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and pharmaceutical intermediates.
The company is equipped with four synthetic laboratories, an analytical testing center, and a pilot-scale API synthesis workshop. The analytical testing center includes six dedicated zones: small instrument room, analytical instrument room, physico-chemical testing room, high-temperature chamber, and balance room, among others.
